CANCELLATION POLICY- Please read carefully. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and must be notified within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee of 20% of the price of your service total. Any no-show/no-call will result in your card being charged half the price of service total. If your appointment requires a deposit before booking, and you no show, you will lose that deposit. You must leave a voicemail or text to 662-312-3281 for cancellations. No emails through our booking system and no cancellations through social media.
We will not refund any prepaid appointments after 24 hours of taking your payment. You are welcome to reschedule or use that towards a different service or any of our retail. This is non-negotiable!
Microblading, Lip Blushing, 60-90 Minute Massages & Lash Extensions require a minimum of half down to book. These are non-refundable after 24 hours of taking your payment. No exceptions.
LATE POLICY: We can cancel your appointment with no refund if you are 15 minutes late for any appointment. Please call ahead if you know you will be running behind and we will try our best to work with you.
